I'm Rachael Gray Smith, a Dallas Realtor and creator of the Move Up Method. I have 11 years in the market and a personal track record that includes a live-in flip, a house hack I still own as a rental, and a wholesale deal flipped with a GC. I built the Move Up Method because I kept having the same conversation with smart people who had no idea they were already positioned to make a move.
