About Rachael

I'm not just an advisor. I'm someone who's actually done this.

11 years in Dallas real estate. A flip, a duplex, a wholesale deal, and a move-up purchase of my own. I know this stuff because I've lived it, and I built the Move Up Method because nobody handed me a playbook when I needed one.

from all of it

I've spent 11 years in Dallas real estate, but what sets me apart isn't the years, it's what I did with them. I didn't just sell homes for other people. I bought a house and DIY-flipped it while living in it (not recommended for the faint of heart, highly recommended for your education). I bought a duplex, house-hacked it, and still own it as a rental today. I found a wholesale deal, flipped it with a GC, and sold it.

And right now, I'm living in Lake Highlands in a home I chose strategically, for the schools, the neighborhood trajectory, and yes, the move-up potential I've already mapped out.

The thing I kept seeing, over and over, with client after client, was that smart, capable people had no idea they were already positioned to make a move. They didn't know what equity was. They didn't know they were sitting on it. And they definitely didn't know they could use it to leapfrog into a completely different financial position without starting over from scratch.

So I built the Move Up Method. Education before the transaction.

Off the clock

When I'm not nerding out on real estate strategy.

I majored in music in college and still play piano and guitar. Teaching is basically hardwired into me. I come from a long line of educators, so breaking things down until they actually make sense is in my DNA, just not the classroom kind.

I live in Lake Highlands with my family, and yes, I already have opinions about which street I want to move up to next.

Still play piano and guitar. Once taught guitar lessons, which honestly wasn't that different from explaining a purchase contract
